How do i change a transmission on a GMC sonoma 1996?

I'm working on a GMC sonoma and for some reason i cant get it out... do any of you know how i can get it out?

Stick shift and it won't budge..clutch is seized on input shaft. Automatic..did you undo torque converter? Make sure all pieces are unbolted first and if they are either a long pry bar and a bad temper or a bona fide second opinion as to what's wrong. good luck
