Default Where is the Factory amp on a 96 GMC Jimmy?

I am goin crazy tryin to figure this mess out. I bought a 96 Jimmy with no radio, and bought and hard wired in the unit and can only get one speaker to work. I believe it had a Bose Premium sound system... Which means it has an Factory Amp.. SO , Where is it and cant i just cut the speaker wire ran to it and re run them to my head unit? the speakers are all ran to the amp right?
PLEASE HELP!!! thanks so much

Here is a link that should help you, it didn't mention the 1996 years Jimmy's, but it did have the information to the 1998 Bravada. That should help you locate the Amp and will have the information to the Wire harness to the amp and speakers. Good luck and let us all know if this helped you.
