I have a 89 GMC Sierra with the 5.7 350l V8 that won't start. I've checked the fuel pressure but I don't know what the correct pressure should be. Does anyone know or know where I can find out?

9-13 psi with the engine running, measured with a gauge spliced in just before the throttle body.

TBI? not less than 9psi.
It will run at that pressure, but you won't be able to pull a trailer or pass anyone on the freeway. (Owner of a 1991 C-2500) ADDED: Email, or IM me. ADDED:#2 Spray some carburetor, or starting fluid into the intake. Crank it over. If it starts and dies, you have a fuel delivery problem. If it does NOT start, you have an ignition problem. ADDED:#3 GM (chevy) uses an oil pressure sensor that turn off the fuel pump if there is no oil pressure. Check the basics first. Got Oil?
