Make sure the vacuum hose to the booster is not kinked or split. Possible check valve at the booster end of the hose is faulty allowing the vacuum to bleed off when the vehicle sits.

It is NOT a function that can be modified. The EPA does not like vehicles idling so to satisfy the CAFE requirements there is no way to change the remote start run time.

Default No oil pressure after engine warms up at idle

Since you state that there is no noise (that would be typical of low oil pressure) I recommend that you install a manual Oil Pressure Gauge at either the oil filter housing which requires an adapter...
