Default 2011 Sierra Denali 2500 HD, leaking rear end seal

2011 Sierra Denali, 2500 HD, 4WD.

Have replaced our rear end seal (from drive shaft into the rear axel)3 times. Now under 3k miles it is leaking again. Had parked it for winter with only few start ups. Started driving it again yesterday and leaking started again. Had not been leaking while parked.

Is there a recall? Part missing? Anyone had similar? Truck is in excellent shape 30k miles, I am second owner.

I had a similar problem, replace seal, it would start leaking. The last time it started leaking, about 5 years ago, I was on the road a few hundred miles from home. I took it to a local mechanic. He replaced the seal, and I don't know what else he did, but it hasn't leaked since. That's been five years ago.

If I had to do it all over again I'd take it to that mechanic. Of course, who knew.
