Default 2007 yukon xl Denali rear heat only blowing cold

Today temp was back down so needed heat for kids on way to school. I kept feeling a cold draft from the back thought kids perhaps put a window down. Finally realized it was the back heat/air vent that was blowing cold air. No matter if I used front control panel or passenger control, heat would not work. While front heat worked just fine. Noticed part/repair recommendations up to year 2006 for this issue. Not finding much luck on a 2007 up for the rear heat fix/part.

Had the same problem with my 2000 Yukon CL, turns out it was a back blocking door for the rear air mixing system. Very easy to replace, found instructions on youtube. If it hasn't changed much over the years it's located under the interior plastic liner on the back right side. I imagine you've already had it fixed since this post is several months old?
