Default 2000 Jimmy Alternator/Pully/Belt

The serp. belt on my 2000 Diamond Edition was squealing - getting worse over time. Replaced the belt, still squealed. Replaced the tensioner, still squealed. Think I've finally traced the sound to the alternator (or it's pully). What are the potential problems that this could cause, and/or is it possible to replace just the pully, or do I need to get a whole new alternator?

You may need to replace the whole thing
