Default 10-pin or 16-pin connection for 2010 GMC Acadia OnStar Auto-Dimming MIrror?

I want to upgrade the Auto-Dimming OnStar mirror on my 2010 Acadia SLT-2 to a Gentex GENK6a which is essentially the same mirror, but includes a compass display. Does anyone know if its a 10-pin or 16-pin connection?
