Default Good buy or beware

I'm looking at a 2004 Yukon XL. 256000 miles but only 103000 on a newer engine. All leather redone in 2013. Ac replaced in 2016. 2 owners. $4800.
Is this a good buy and what red flags should I be looking for or what areas of concern. I'm new to gmc yukon.

I have a 2004 Denali xl - 130,000 miles and runs good. However, when I bought the truck a few years, back both differentials needed replacement. Might be something to inspect via a mechanic.

Good luck!
