Default Block sensor down by the starter?

On my 99 Suburban 5.7L there is a sensor threaded into the block on the right side and near the starter. The lead runs with the solenoid wiring. Corrosion has severed the attached clip and I don't know what to ask for to replace it. Besides the engine running a bit rough none of the gauges stopped reading.

Thanks for the help in advance.
