Default Master cyl trouble??

OK I think I know the answer to this .. BUT I thought I'd throw it out here to see if anyone had a similar past experience. Drove the Sy to work yesterday and when I was pulling out of my garage I thought the brake pedal felt soft. I could push it all the way to the floor slowly. No fluids on my garage floor and the brakes work well. Before getting to my office the "ABS" and "Brake" warning lights come on. Get to my parking lot, pump the brakes and put the pedal on the floor each time - no fluid on the ground and the master cylinder is full. I assume I have a master cyl going bad?

I have only seen 1 of these in my life time . My father had a 58 chevy truck with a 6 cyl in it and it had a split manifold on it with glass pack mufflers it sounded real good
