Smile Best motor oil for 2001 Denali Yukon

Hello Yukon Lovers! I need your expertise. What is the best motor oil besides Mobil 1 Full Synthetic for a 2001 Denali Yukon with high mileage?

OK so I'll weigh in. I found motor oil is like underwear, everyone has a personal preference for personal reasons ... tighty whitey, boxer, long john, thong (??!!), commando ... all work fine for them.
I have just about converted my entire 'fleet' to Castrol synthetic. Lawn tractor, roto tiller, mower, snow thrower, Yukon, Lincoln, 2 classics, even the air compressor. All that's left is the Massey and it's scheduled next oil change, though it will be Rotella synthetic diesel oil.
I chose Castrol because I used their conventional GTX oil for years without any problems. But based on friends preferences, all brands seem to work fine and Mobil 1 certainly would as well.
The difference here is you have a high mileage engine and none of mine are. But I would think that as long as it isn't burning much oil, stick with Mobil 1.

I stick with the owners manual recommendations. However, I would have no issue switching to full synthetic
