Default new member needs help removing steering column cover

No response from turning key to start - have eliminated potential problem with battery, starter & solenoid, relay...suspect ignition switch. Have the switch, but cannot find way to open up steering column cover to replace it. No screws (Torx or otherwise) found in any of 3 holes in bottom of cover. Obviously 2-piece, but super tight fit...can't get anything in to try prying it apart.

Anybody know the secret? This is 2006 Savana 3500 6.0 V-8 auto (a former Penske rental with 16' box...not that body matters, but you get a nice yellow visual thinking about it).
