2015 acadia usb

Hey guys, I just got a 2015 Acadia SLT 2 and I was under the impression that it had a USB port on the upper console above the dashboard screen but it doesn't. there's a cover in there so I wonder if I can have one installed and it can be hooked to the radio? anyone has nay experience with this...
