I currently own a 1988 GMC K1500 305 and I was wondering if I can put a 350 cam shaft from a 1980 Z28 in it? I was told by a friend that it probably would not fit in my motor. Does anyone know if that is accurate? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks JOE:confused:

Hi i have a 95 1500 with a 305 in it i have done plug wires oil filter and change cause i only had it for 2 months and i am a realy mechanically inclined but i have this problem when its running at low rpms like if ur trying to maintain speed when it shifts into gear to maintain speed it start...
