custom terrain

I have been using Royal Purple 5w-30 for the past ~30k miles. Has anyone had issues with using a slightly heavier grade of oil? I tend to push my terrain pretty heavy. Where is the best place to get a new Oil drain screw? I nearly shredded my OEM one. (That bolt is hard to get a hold of)
