high mileage

I just bought a new (well, new to me) Jimmy. It's a 1999 sle 4.3 L V6 with 209k mi ... I'm just wondering the best motor oil I should purchase for optimal performance. I drive about 10-20 mi a day in Ohio weather. I'm going to give him an oil change here soon and just wanted to ask ya'll on here...
