power window

my passenger side window wont go down, so i bought an actuator with the motor etc. went to put it in and no change, then the blinker in the mirror, the dome light stayed on all the time, no power mirror, and no power locks. i replaced the switch and all the above work fine now expect the window...

I guess as they come in 3's this is number 2. The front right window does not go up and down correctly. The actuator comes on, but it seems like the glass may be off track or a component broken inside. I have not yet taken anything apart. Any ideas on where should begin? Thank you.
