tweeter only

Trying to figure out if the factory radio is bad or if there is a fuse somewhere to check the speakers? 08 Envoy. For awhile the sound would come in and out, and now it just seems like its through the tweeter on the factory original. Any ideas or help is greatly appreciated. Darden
