01 2500 HD 6.0L Oil Leak @ cooling line

Okay I have replaced the oil cooling line gasket/seal @ block still continuous leak there very frustrating. Anyone have a real fix for this?
I see posts all over the internet regarding TSB's for this problem but I cannot view them. Can anyone help??
