Hi everyone! I'm new to the site and I'm working on an 03 Sierra and need more info than I've been able to find so far. The usual has happened, bought used truck, went for emission test (Denver Colorado) and received the notice of
Catalyst Converter Not Ready - Evaporative Not Ready. Went home and looked it up on line went for gas and the CEL came one, got home and put OBD2 reader and have the P0430 #2 so I put in a new o2 sensor aft of the cat., now I had read that if the cat is working the inlet should read about 100 degrees lower than the outlet end and that is what I have. Took the truck out for another drive hoping to get it to ready the two Not Ready problems but no luck.I have read the official GM sequence but as a regular guy I have no way of following thru the whole list, does anyone have any advice?
