03' Speedo stuck on 40 kmph

As the title say's, I started my truck and the speedo stuck on 40 and won't go back. Had it happen afew times before and it went back but now it's been there about a week and stays there. Once I start moving it goes up as I increase speed but it's out by 40 kph. Any ideas?.
