05 gmc sierra abs has no power

i have a 05 gmc sierra and the abs light is on and brake light. so i took it to the shop and they said abs is not responding to scan tool. so i check the abs fuse and im not get no power. i checked a chevy abs and hes getting 12dc to fuse. so what i need to know is, what sends power to the fuse that powers abs. or i need to know if abs sends power to fuse. and if anybody has a wiring diagram would help out alot. thanks
