1991 GMC Jimmy Full Size w/350 w/ throttle body injection
No power to the fuel pump...... I need to know the location of the fuel pump relay and I also need to know what else controls the fuel pump

Good chance that being a 91, check the ground wire to your sending unit. The relay is under a removable cover on your fire wall on the passenger side.
