1991 GMC Jimmy 4.3 V6 Fuel Filter?

I got it loose but can't get it to come out . The wide black band won't let it come out , i don't see or feel ant screws or bolts to loosen ..how do i get it out of there ?

Here is a link to your fuel system on your Jimmy. There is one bolt that holds the fuel filter bracket to the frame, there is going to be a good chance that the bolt will be corroded so replace it with a new one or a stainless steel bolt.

Good luck and take you time to make sure you do not damage the fuel lines.
