where do i start..i bought this 20 year old car about, 2 months ago maybe for about 1750. with about 107k on it. wasn't what i had in mind but it was a set of wheels. ran perfect for the most part no weird noises, cluttering, blah. ran legit mintttt. a while ago a fuse blew, which was connected to the horn mainly..and than the cd player, not the radio, and the dome light. replaced it..and it ran perfect again. but a few days ago the horn just suddenly stopped working..and than the cd player went in itt. so i checked the fuse and it blew..of course. went to napa and bought 5 fuses for like 3 bucks seemed to work fine..but than

today the same fuse blew..and now theres a clicking noise that is continuous while driving..even when the car is off. but when i open the door it turns off.

the clicking noise and vibration is coming from this little outlet looking thing right beneath the steering wheel a little bit farther back. i can put my hand on it and feel the vibrationn..

honestly anything you guys have to offer would help me out tremendouslyyyy.

thank thank thank you you youuu!

You may want to get a wiring diagram. Start by removing the dome light bulb. If the problem persists, replace dome light with a new bulb, and disconnect the horn (tape the wires to keep them away from anything that moves). Continue on to the cd player. It's a slow process because you'll have to wait 1 to 2 weeks with each step, or however long it takes the problem to show. What you'll be doing is isolating the power using components.
