1991 Sierra Clutch Question

I replaced my clutch, pressure plate, throw out bearing, clutch master cylinder
and slave cylinder on my 1994 Sierra...V6 4.3...5 speed. Here's my problem..
While bleeding my clutch lines and getting air out....i would go check the pedal every now and then to see if it was getting hard to push. Twice this happen..
the pedal got just about all done and it all went away. The pedal feels like it is not even hooked up ( but it is). I have tried to bleed the clutch with someone
in the truck and by way of gravity bleeding. No luck...NEED HELP PLEASE

I fixed it. I had to do a reverse bleed and that fixed it.
