I have a 1992 Sierra K2500 Extended Cab that does not have an overhead console. From all my research there was a factory console available and I am able to purchase one of thoses consoles as NOS.
Does any one know if the mounting brackets/fittings are up there in the cab, back behind the headliner or am I just wishing for something that I cannot have?
The console itself has two tangs at the rear that slide into some kind of slots above the headliner and the front just has a single recessed screw. It has a single wire connector for the two front swivel lights in the console and that is it. Other than those two lights it is just storage and garage door remote access door and the ever so popular flip down sunglasses hatch.
