1992 sonoma stalling

hey ive been having troubles with my truck. when its idling or going really slow it stalls and dies. when i turn the wheel while idling/ going slow it does the same thing, also when im sitting and change gears it dies. now i have taken it many places and i have recently replaced the serpentine belt, the map sensor, the IAC, and the PVC valve. it has a new alternator, and performance air filter. nothing has changed until yesterday when it read OBD1 codes 33, and 45 and then this morning when i was going to school it just completely died without warning and now wont start back up. ive made an appointment to get all my vacuum lines replaced but could that really cause all of these issues without a mechanic noticing something? if not the vacuum hoses then what else could it be?

That could be your egr valve and your other code its throwing is for your maf sensor i hope this helps out a bit
