1994 v6 4.3 stalling on acceleration

This Sonoma starts and idles well. The problem is that when you give it gas to drive, it stalls and acts like it is starved for gas. We have replaced the fuel pump and filter and injectors. We have disconnected the exhaust pipe at the engine to check for clogged catalytic converter and we have the same problem.
