I'm interested in a 95 sierra...Owner said its missing out and won't rev over 3000 rpm....He thinks the timing is off...He said he has replaced plugs and wires but not the plugs... What is the most likely reason it is doing what its doing?

Being a 1995, good chance that the distributor may be worn and will need to be replaced. With the engine not going over 3000rpm it's in limp mode, have the Sierra scan to find out what issues need to be addressed which is causing it to be in limp mode.

If it is a worn distributor, try replacing it with http://accel-ignition.com/ProductDe...8&majID=515&minID=0&selection=&minselection=6

Good luck and keep us posted.
