Hey Guys, i am new here. I have a 1995 GMC Jimmy SLT 2 door. i just got done replacing the fuel pump and now i have a short in my wiring harness going to my pump. also there is a separate light green wire that has broken off from some where, this wire is part of that harness. does any one have any idea where i can get the harness and the fuel rail for my truck? i have been looking for days now and i keep coming up empty handed.

Here is a link for you to get you fuel line and i believe you can get the wire harness there too, but the GM dealer will have the sending unit harness for you and for around $15.00 and Napa also. ;) Thinking the green wire may be your ground??

The parts department can also give you the wire color codes for your harness and where the ground wire should be connected to the frame. Keep us posted. ;)

Sorry, i should have been more clear, its the harness that goes from the fuel pump, along the side of the truck to the drivers side fender. i need that entire harness. the green wire is coming from that..maybe i am missing something but i get the notion its some kind of power wire not a ground being its coming from the front like it is. if i am able to get all that for fifteen bucks it will blow my mind lol. but thank you so much for your info, i have not thought about NAPA

No worried friend, the guys at the GM dealer parts department can give you a copy of your wire code and harness parts for your Jimmy. Start with that and with the guys here at the GM dealer parts department are always glad to see me and help me keep my Jimmy running. :D

Keep me posted and i'll see what i can find if your having a hard time getting the harness.

guess you would not know a site that shows this information do you? i would like to avoid my local place, i used to work there and me and the owner got into it before i left :p if i have to ill suck it up and go there but i really would rather not lol
