I have a 1996 GMC Jimmy and need to know how to change the side marker lights on the front. is it alot of removal or what? please reply so I can do the job.

I have a 1996 GMC Jimmy and need to know how to change the side marker lights on the front. is it alot of removal or what? please reply so I can do the job.
To replace the front side maker light that is a part of the head light, you have to remove the head light assembly. To remove the head light assembly, there are two retainer post that needs to be unscrewed and pulled up and out to slide the head light assembly forward and out to access the head light bulb and side marker light.
