I've got a 1996 Sierra with about 150000 miles that won't start once it gets cold. It starts fine once its warmed up. I just replaced the cap, rotor, plugs, wires, and ignition coil. It runs a lot better, but it still won't start cold. I checked the fuel pressure and its right at 60 psi. any suggestions
