Yes, they will fit. As a matter of fact, you don't even have to remove the grille. So long as you have composite headlights already (two bulbs go into one plastic headlight assembly) then all you have to do is remove the two long screws that attach the lamp assembly to the adjusting pad mounted on the radiator support. Go to youtube.com and search for changing headlamp bulbs on chevy full size truck 1994-1998 and you will see what I'm talking about. You won't even have to re-aim your headlights if they were properly aimed before you started.

Another option for the projector beam is to purchase replacement headlamp assemblies (40.00 for two on ebay) and HID bulbs (about 59.00 on amazon.com) and you will have true HID for under 100.00.
