1996 Sonoma Fuel injector(spider)

Replaced fuel injector (spider) started ran fine drove to work this morning went to leave to go home found #3 & #5 cylinders fill with gas any ideas what would be causing this? Replaced fuel injector (spider) because of misfire on # 6 cylinder.
Would a bad FPR cause this ?

If they were literally filed with gas, or even close, I'd guess the limes going out to the injectors popped (maybe stressed) or split.

Did you use the delphi upgrade?

The fpr wouldn't cause it unless it broke somehow

My money's on the lines in the manifold - (I wasn't wild about twisting them all over when I did mine)
