1997 GMC Jimmy won't start.?

There's fire coming out of the coil into the distributor but nothing coming out. I have replaced-
- Rotor Button
- Distributor Cap
- Pickup Coil in the distributor

It still won't start and i cant keep on with the trial and error.

Check your fuel pressure at the shredder valve. Make sure you have 62-65PSI on start up. If you have less then that the fuel injectors will not fire and your going to have to replace the fuel pump but check the ground to the fuel pump first. Try spraying some carb cleaner in to your intake and see if the engine starts, (card cleaner is safer then the starter fluid to use) if the engine starts then it's going to be a bad fuel pump. Also make sure you have the coil wire plugged in to the right spot in the distributor cap, it happens when you get frustrated.

1997 GMC S15/T15 Jimmy 4WD
4.3 liter V-6 VIN "W"

Cylinder # passenger side front to back 2-4-6
Cylinder # drivers side front to back 1-3-5

Distributor cap, passenger side front to back 2-4-6-coil
Distributor cap, drivers side front to back 3-1-5

Good luck and keep us posted, also a week coil pack will cause a no start.
