1997 GMC Sierra running rough

1997 GMC Sierra 4.3L V6 engine is running rough. The fuel trim is going crazy and pretty steady at -7.0% my guess is I have an air leak but wanted to check with y’all to see what’s up? My guess is the intake is starting to leak and causing a vacuum leak hence the fuel trim way bad.
