I recently noticed that my service engine soon light came on, so I had it checked. 2 codes where found P1351 (detected a voltage in excess of 4.6 volts,) and P0420 .... Does the P1351 mean that the ignition control module is bad? if so, is it hard to change? any help will be greatly appreciated...
