So I was installing a new radio into my truck and pulled a dumb move while using my meter to test power to the radio and I shorted the ground wire to the 12v constant battery wire, orange and black. So I think it blew a fuse yet I cant find the fuse and the symptoms are quite annoying because they dont really make sense and I cant find any good wiring diagrams pertaining to this issue. So after shorting the two wires together The speedometer and tachometer wont register, yet their back lights are still illuminating, and all other gauges are working fine. In addition to that my pnrd321 and odometer are not illuminating, as well as cruise control light and tow haul light, even though both of the deals work, just indicators dont pop up. The 12v constant battery wire in the dash to the radio (one i shorted) reads .6v when I am testing it with the meter. So any suggestions? I am really at a stand still on this with ideas.
