1999 Envoy 3rd spoiler brake light

I just bought a 1999 EnvoyXL and wanted to know for sure if I buy a spoiler mount brake light off a 2002 Envoy will it fit my 1999 spoiler mount brake light if anyone knows for sure let me know thanks oh they do look the same ..thanks Eric
