OK I hope some can help me out here.

I have a stock 2001 Jimmy 4 door. I would preferr to not put a lift.
I have run 235/75/15 MS, but would like to run 31x10.5x15.

I have come accross some people saying you need a lift, others say no just crank the T-bar inch and put 2 inch shackles. Well I check my shackles and they seem to be 2 inch??? I have also heard others say they only had to trim the fenders.

If anyone has 31x10.5x15 on a 2nd generation Jimmy without a lift kit, could you post some pics. I dont mind cutting the fenders (if I know where, so I can plan it out). If I have to I can crank the T-Bar.

if you go to my profile and click on "my gmc jimmy" album i have some pics there that might help you, i have a 1999 GMC Jimmy SLS 2 door 4x4, it has no lift at all, the only problem ive noticed is that the front tires rub on the frame when cranked all the way left or right, theres also about a 1/2" lip on the inside of thefront inner fender that my tires use to catch on so i just used tin snips and cut it off, my back tires dont rub at all

Cool Picks, you drive similar type territory as I do. I think a 2 door is a bit higher off the ground then a 4 door.

Surprise you dont have a winch.

But cool pics.

i do have a winch actually i just havent bought any metal yet to mount it to the frame, its a 8500lbs super winch an it was on sale for $190 so i figured it was a good deal. i drive everywhere honestly, if there isnt a building/tree or any other solid object in my way then i make my own trial through haha
