Idk what happened but my gear view stoped showing up it was on n then off n then it came back on and then went off..it doesnt show me what gear im in now idk if its a fuse or what? But it goes into gear n drives fine just doesnt show me does anyone know what to do to show me?

The shift indicator is a part of the wiring harness associated with the 'Prindle switch' on the driver's side of the transmission. If the wiring harness is fine and the issue still exists, then confirm the Prindle Switch is working also. If it's the PRNDL sections won't light up at all it needs a new cluster if the harness and switch is good.

When removing the wires, make sure to heat up the wiring harness plugs with a lighter for about 10 seconds before trying to pull it out. The connectors come from the factory with this sticky sealant stuff that is like glue when it is cold. :eek:

Good luck and keep us posted. Easy 20 min fix if you just have to replace the switch.
