1999 Suburban audio troubles

I have recently installed a new head unit in the beast, and it worked for a while, albeit only the front door speakers. I wasn't overly bothered by this, but now all audio has stopped after I pulled it out again to put an antenna cable adapter in. After searching for possible solutions and redoing all the connections (did not use a harness) I discovered the miniature Satan that is the amp. After hooking the pink (what I believe to be the amp remote wire) up to my remote wire coming out of the HU, I will now get an all 6 speaker turn on pop. Nothing more. Any help to alleviate my inexperience would be appreciated.

When I added my aftermarket headunit, I purchased a wiring harness for the vehicle. I'd say try again using the correct wiring harness.
