2 Inch Lift

I have a 2001 GMC sierra and i want to put on a 2 to 3 inch suspension. Honestly im leaning towards the 3. I want that height that will make my truck look pretty nice. Im looking at this right now http://www.jcwhitney.com/body-lift-kit/p2005819.jcwx?filterid=d50435y2001g183j1. Would this be a good buy? I dont wanna spend a lot of money. And i am in no way approved to install one of these things so im gonna take it to a local place. Any feedback would be awesome.

You mentioned that you want a suspension lift 2-3 inches. The link you provided is for a body lift kit, not suspension. Suspension kits are more costly and a little bit more involved. If you get a suspension kit, don't forget to get a set of brake lines as well. Since the OEM lines will be stretched to it's limits on a suspension lift.
