As for you losing coolant, you hay have a intake manifold gasket that has gone bad or you engine oil and even possibility of your transmission cooler gone bad and coolant is leaking into you engine or transmission.
Inspect your transmission fluid and engine oil for level and condition of the oil. When the coolers that is a part of the radiator go bad, coolant and the engine or transmission fluid will mix and work it's way in to those area.
Regardless, coolant in your engine or transmission is corrosive to the internal bearings used in both components. So it best you ensure that the issue is addressed if there is coolant mixing in with your fluids. If your lucky, it may just be a water pump starting to go bad and leaking through a weep hole from a bad bearing and will only leak as the engine is running.
