hi? pls help me.

before i checked the brake, i have to press hard on the brake in other words i have to press the brake pedal all the way down to stop/brake the car. i checked the front brake pad and the pad are good. when i checked the rear drums, i found oil inside. i believe my wheel cylinders are leaking.

i need step by step guide and pics on how to remove the old wheel cylinders and put in new cylinders and plus bleeding. i am mechanically incline but i need some directions. what is the level of difficult to change wheel cylinder on this van. i changed wheel cylinders before on other cars. thanks.

well frist if all the is this a full foating rear end. How to tell is when you remove the brake drum you 1 have to remove rear axle to do so or 2 there is a hub in front of you after the drum is removed.(not the axle)

If this is a full floater rear end take it to the shop becaues done wrong it will cost you thousands to fix. becaues the hub seals need to be replaced

Next you need to replace the brake shoes if there is oil or brake fluid on them.Oil or fluid will caues the brakes to lock up when hot.

If this is NOT a full floater rear end then its just like doing a car. Also check your brake lines for leaks under the tk. 11 yearts old so the lines could be rusted

Good luck
