2000 Jimmy sometimes goes in 4 low when starting.

My 2000 GMC Jimmy sometimes goes in 4 low when you start it. I have to use the auto 4x4 for 4 hi range.Sometimes the system will just shut off & I have to restart the vehicle. I also can't get the transfer case in neutral. I replaced the dash switches,electric actuator on the transfer case & the t.c.c.m.behind the kick panel. I did pull the tranny to have it rebuilt.
