My check engine light is on and I hooked it up to a computer and it said a knock sensor is out. I got a few mechanics quotes and it is going to cost me roughly 600 bucks. Two questions, A) is that too expensive for the fix and B) how neccessary is it to get it fixed. I know any check engine light that comes on is an obvious issue but money is a bit tight right now. I just need some advice guys!!!!!!
