I have a 2000 Sierra with a 4.8 and want to use Seafoam cleaner. What is the best vacuum line to use? PCV or brake booster?

Your preference , hey both end up in to your upper intake manifold. The Brake booster goes right in to your upper intake and the PVC lines goes through your through your throttle body.

It's just easier for you to get the Seafoam in to your upper intake from your PVC hose since you don't have to disconnect the brake boost hose.
